Shipping policy

Shipping Locations: We currently ship orders to Canada and the United States only.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. Please note that weather, holidays, or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

International Orders: We do not ship to countries outside of Canada and the United States. If an order is placed to a country outside these regions, the customer will be fully responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or import costs that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
